1. About Globally Matters
Globally Matters is a professional SEO and digital marketing agency headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan. The agency was founded by Muhammad Daud, a digital marketing practitioner with more than seven years of active client experience spanning SEO, paid media, content strategy, and WordPress development.
Our registered office is at: Office No. 18, 1st Floor, Hermain Tower, Bund Road, Lahore, Pakistan.

2. What These Terms Cover
These Terms apply to:
- Anyone who visits globallymatters.com for any reason.
- Businesses or individuals who request a quote, send an inquiry, or formally engage Globally Matters for a paid project.
- Any communication that takes place through the website’s contact channels.
Separate project agreements or service contracts signed between Globally Matters and a client will take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
3. Our Services
Globally Matters currently offers four core service areas. Every engagement is custom-scoped based on the client’s industry, competition, and business objectives — we do not use pre-packaged solutions.
Search Engine Optimization
Our SEO work covers the full spectrum: crawlability and indexing audits, keyword research grounded in real search intent, on-page structure and metadata, internal linking, Core Web Vitals improvements, and ethical off-page link acquisition. All methods strictly follow Google’s Search Essentials.
Digital Marketing & Paid Media
We create and manage performance-focused campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Campaign strategy, ad copy, audience targeting, bid management, and reporting are all handled in-house with a focus on return on ad spend.
Content Writing
Every piece of content we produce is written from scratch — no AI-spun filler. Articles, landing pages, product descriptions, and email sequences are researched, structured for SEO, and written to resonate with a specific target audience and encourage action.
WordPress Web Development
We design and build WordPress websites with performance, mobile responsiveness, and search-readiness as core requirements — not afterthoughts. Sites are delivered with clean code, optimized images, an SSL certificate, and a basic security configuration.
4. Google Platform Compliance
As a digital marketing agency, Globally Matters works extensively with Google’s advertising and analytics platforms on behalf of our clients. Clients and website visitors should be aware of the following:
Tools We Use on Your Behalf
- Google Search Console — to monitor how your site appears in Google Search and resolve indexing issues.
- Google Analytics 4 — to track visitor behavior, traffic sources, and conversion events.
- Google Ads — to plan and run paid search, display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Google Business Profile — to manage local search visibility and map listings.
Our Commitment to Google’s Guidelines
Globally Matters follows white-hat SEO practices exclusively. This means we build rankings through legitimate content quality, technical improvements, and genuine link relationships — never through manipulative schemes, hidden text, cloaking, doorway pages, or any technique that conflicts with Google’s guidelines.
We stay current with Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies proactively. However, because Google’s ranking systems operate independently of any agency, we cannot guarantee that a website will achieve or maintain a particular position in search results.
Google Ads Policy Compliance
All campaigns managed by Globally Matters are created in accordance with Google Ads policies. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their advertised products, services, landing pages, and business practices are compliant with Google’s advertising standards. Violations of Google Ads policy are the responsibility of the account holder.
Analytics Data on This Website
Globally Matters uses Google Analytics on this website to understand how visitors interact with our pages. The data collected is anonymized and not linked to personally identifiable information. Visitors who wish to stop Google Analytics from recording their activity on this site may do so by adding Google’s official opt-out extension to their browser, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Acceptable Conduct on This Website
This website is made available for legitimate informational and business purposes. The following actions are prohibited:
- Probing or testing website security vulnerabilities without written authorization.
- Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to scrape, copy, or index content from the website.
- Submitting false, misleading, or malicious information through any contact form or inquiry channel.
- Attempting to impersonate Globally Matters, its founder, or any staff member online or through our communication channels.
- Republishing or commercializing any content from this website without written consent.
We may block any IP address or user account found to be in breach of these conduct standards.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The written content, design layouts, logo, brand assets, images, and code that make up globallymatters.com are original works owned by Globally Matters. They are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, or distribute any part of this website’s content for commercial purposes without first obtaining written permission from us. Non-commercial personal use of our content is acceptable, provided that Globally Matters is clearly credited wherever the material is referenced.
Content that Globally Matters creates for a client — blog posts, web copy, graphics, or code — transfers to the client’s ownership upon receipt of full payment for that project, unless a separate written agreement establishes different terms.
7. Client Obligations
Clients who engage Globally Matters for any paid service take on the following responsibilities:
- Brief us accurately — share honest information about your business, your audience, your competitors, and your goals from the start.
- Grant necessary access — provide logins, credentials, or admin rights to platforms we need to do the work (website, analytics, ad accounts).
- Rights and ownership — by sharing any materials such as logos, images, or brand guidelines with our team, you confirm that you hold full ownership or the appropriate licensing rights to use them commercially.
- Respond on time — review drafts, approve deliverables, and answer questions within the timeframes agreed at project kickoff.
- Pay on schedule — settle invoices according to the payment milestones set in your project agreement.
When a client is unresponsive for an extended period, we reserve the right to pause work until communication is re-established. Persistent non-engagement without notice may lead to project cancellation. Work completed up to that point will be invoiced and is non-refundable.
8. Realistic Expectations on Results
We want every client to succeed and we invest genuinely in each project. At the same time, it is important to be transparent: digital marketing and SEO do not come with guaranteed outcomes.
Globally Matters does not promise or warrant:
- A specific ranking position for any keyword on Google or another search engine.
- A defined volume of website traffic, leads, or sales within a set timeframe.
- Immunity from Google algorithm updates, manual actions, or competitor activity.
- Specific return on investment figures for any advertising campaign.
What we commit to is applying current best practices, maintaining honest communication throughout the project, and providing transparent reporting on what is and is not working — so decisions are always based on real data.
9. Limitation of Liability
Globally Matters is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses you may experience as a result of using this website or our services. This includes lost revenue, missed opportunities, data loss, or reputational damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control — such as platform policy changes, algorithm updates, hosting failures, or third-party actions.
Where liability cannot be excluded under Pakistani law, our total financial responsibility is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service from which the claim arises.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the parties will be referred to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Handling Disputes
If you have a complaint about our work, our website, or these Terms, please write to us first at info@globallymatters.com. We take all concerns seriously and aim to resolve them within a reasonable time through direct conversation. Legal proceedings should be a last resort — we would rather fix the problem.
15. Severability
If any individual clause in these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Pakistani law, that clause alone will be set aside. The remainder of these Terms will continue to apply in full and will not be affected by the removal of the unenforceable clause.
